The many ways to get involved
Hey, with so many ways to join our community (most of them for free) why wouldn't you? That's a rhetorical question - please don't actually list off a load of reasons why not to - it'll damage our self confidence too much!
12 Week Transformation - This is the best way to get involved. A hands on 12 week at home transformation which will give you the tools to change your lifestyle for good, not just 12 weeks!
Podcast - We've created a podcast! A weekly rambling of two socially awkward vegans on all thing vegan health and fitness. It's a convenient way to get tips and advice on adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Newsletter - This is a great way to keep up to date with what we've been up to, get some insights into our training and lives as well as get a roundup of our weekly blog posts. To sign up, just put your info in at the box at the bottom of the page and we will add you to the mailing list.
Instagram - We use instagram to post our recipe pictures, a picture of our weekend (often involves lifting relatively heavy stuff) and infographics. We're also going to up the use of it to show little insights into our lives through the instagram stories (these often include animal friends!). Hope you enjoy it!
Facebook Page - Here we post links to our blog posts throughout the week. So if you're loving facebook, then it's a good way just to keep up to date with our posts.
