Berry and Flax Vegan Yoghurt - Recipe


Serves: 1 |      Prep time: 5 Mins    |      Cook time: 0 Mins

Ingredients 

250 g (half a tub) of plain vegan yoghurt (try to get sugar free)

1 handful of frozen berries

1 dessert spoon peanut butter/almond butter

1 tablespoon ground flax seed

1 Bowl

Method

1) Mix it all together

Note - best eaten when the berries have defrosted a little so they can flavour the whole yoghurt.

For presentation purposes, it works best to mix the peanut butter and the yoghurt first, then sprinkle the flax and frozen berries on top.
