Chocolate-Banana Smoothie - Recipe


Makes: 1 Serving     |      Prep time: 5 minutes     |      Cook time: n/a

Ingredients

1 Banana (preferably frozen)

2 Scoops of chocolate protein powder/ 2 dessert spoons of cocoa

1 Dessert spoon of nut butter (don't include this if you want a lower calorie smoothie)

2 Pitted dates

300 ml Oat milk

1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract

Method

1) Quite simply, chuck it all in a blender and blend!
