1 Banana (preferably frozen)
2 Scoops of chocolate protein powder/ 2 dessert spoons of cocoa
1 Dessert spoon of nut butter (don't include this if you want a lower calorie smoothie)
2 Pitted dates
300 ml Oat milk
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
